Note to Myself

Hi myself. You may wonder on later why you are writing this tumblr and surely you will forget, as memory fades with age. I will tell you now, so that you may remember later on, that you are writing this tumblr becasue you need to. It is a necessity, not becasue the people around you do not love you, but because you do not know who you are, and in turn you think that those around you do not know the real you. Right now, you are writing this tumblr because you have never been completely honest to anyone, not even yourself. You have lied so many times that you can no longer distinguish the lies from the truth. You feel betrayed by those who you thought loved you and inturn have betrayed those you love. You write this tumblr post because you have finally come to the conclusion that you must be honest with yourself, with all you actions, memoires, and feelings you must be honest with youself. You have let no one come near you, erecting many barriers between each of your many personalities. To each person you are different, to those on tumblr, facebook, myspace, and in real life, you are a seprate identity. You realized that you have been lying to everyone and it must stop now, at least stop lying to yourself. This is you outlet for honesty, this is your confession to the priest, the apology to yourself, and mostly this is the beginning of a new chapter. From now on you have pledged that no matter what lies you tell to others, this tumblr will only see the truth. This tumblr is the beginning of your redemption. For how are you to live when you lie to those you love, to those who love you, and to yourself?
